From diplomacy to industrial equipment sales to business consulting, my journey has been anything but linear. But at the heart of it all, one thing remained constant: my passion for people and their potential.
Today, as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and Team Coach at Entrepreneurship Academy, I dedicate my practice to helping leaders and founders navigate the obstacles that stand in their way—whether personal limitations, market uncertainties, or operational challenges. My work is about uncovering the beliefs that hold them back, shifting their inner dialogue from self-criticism to self-trust, and equipping them with the tools to lead with confidence and clarity.
For 15 years, I’ve led development programs focused on leadership, sales, personal growth, and organizational culture for teams and individuals across industries like energy, finance, insurance, pharma, retail, and technology. My studies in International Relations in Belgium and my professional experiences in France, India, and South Korea have shaped my global perspective, while my personal adventures—like a three-month solo journey through Peru, Colombia, and Mexico—have deepened my understanding of growth, resilience, and transformation.
